Privacy

Your nights stay on this device.

A small routine shouldn’t need a profile of your life.

Prelaunch policy · Updated October 13, 2026

No account required.

The app doesn’t need your name, email, contacts, location, camera, microphone or health data.

Local night records.

Your plan, explicit wind-down starts, self-reported completions and manual releases are stored on this device. Clear local history in Settings. The current night’s minimum routine and release markers remain until its window ends so deleted records aren’t recreated and limits aren’t reapplied.

Private app choices.

Apple’s app-selection tokens are kept in protected local storage. They aren’t sent to the public-content service.

Optional public content.

If a content service is configured, the app may request updated English routine and help text over HTTPS. It sends no night records or selected-app tokens. Technical network requests may create server access logs.

No tracking or medical claims.

There is no advertising or behavioral analytics SDK. The app doesn’t measure sleep or provide treatment. This website uses no analytics, tracking pixels, forms or account cookies.

Permissions you control.

Screen Time and notifications are optional and separate. Changing permission doesn’t remove access to the manual routine.

Technical network information.

When you visit the hosted website or request public content, Cloudflare may process your IP address, request time, URL, response status and other technical connection information to deliver and secure the service. An IP-derived rate-limit key is used transiently by the content service. App diagnostics include only a request ID, status and error code; they exclude full IP addresses, app-selection tokens and night records.

No production content-service address is configured for this prelaunch site. Production logging and retention have not been verified. A seven-day tracing period is a deployment target, not a current retention promise. We will update this policy with verified retention and operator contact before release.

Delete and control your data.

Clear local history in the app’s Settings. Disabling the daily plan clears this app’s limits, future reminders and runtime state. Screen Time access and notification permission can be changed in iOS Settings. No cloud account or behavioral database exists to delete.

Policy and support updates.

The app is not yet publicly available. The final operator and a monitored support contact are release requirements. Current help is available on the support page. This policy will be revised if the actual data flow changes.
